Dear Tuttestorie Company Extended across Sardinia, the Continent and the World.
This invitation is for all of you: girls, boys and adults.

In this year’s Tuttestorie Festival we talk, read, sing, narrate and show FAMILIES.
We would like to make a continuous and subdued family murmur resonate, made up of many mixed voices. Like hearing with invisible ears in every home the living and true chatter of families.

So we ask you this: will you give us a little of your family conversation?

• Followed, if you want, by a Whatsapp written with your name and surname.

And what do we ask you to record? Just to give an example: three things.

1) FAMILY LEXICON
Fixed phrases, sayings, proverbs, house names for places and things. My mother always says… When she scolds my father she says… To cuddle me my mother calls me… When I don’t eat my grandfather says… If someone doesn’t come out of the bathroom we yell at him… To make fun of me my parents tell me…

2) FAMILY CHRONICLES
Normal things that happen at home, or when visiting or traveling. My mother gets up first and wakes us up, then… My little sister doesn’t know how to dress herself, and so I… When we go to our uncles’ house it always happens that… Once on Christmas night… When we watch TV together, we…

3) FAMILY LEGENDS
Special things, distant stories of relatives, memories of travels, accidents, fortunes. My uncle was lost in India, and then… A relative of mine won the lottery and then… My grandfather had once been arrested… One evening the power went out, and we… When we went to Rome…
